Integrations

Fits your systems. Confirmed before you commit.

iQlynx connects to the systems your business already runs on. We don’t publish a wall of connector logos — we scope your specific integrations during the assessment and validate them during the pilot, in writing.

Integration surfaces

How iQlynx connects

ERP & accounting exports

Weight-based billing records, operational reports, and cost data export in standard formats for ERP and accounting workflows — per-tonne invoicing, tipping-fee reconciliation, and maintenance cost tracking land where finance already works.

APIs

Programmatic access to operational data for your internal systems and BI tooling, scoped and credentialed per integration during implementation.

Webhooks

Event-driven notifications — geofence events, alerts, shift status — pushed to external systems the moment they happen.

Data import

Customer lists, bin inventories, routes, and vehicle records import in standard formats so your operation starts with its own data, not a blank screen.

Validation process

How we confirm an integration will work

Every integration claim on this site follows one rule: compatibility is validated during the pilot.

  1. 1

    Inventory

During the assessment, we list every system that must send or receive fleet data — ERP, accounting, dispatch, BI.

  2. 2

    Specification

Each integration gets a defined scope: data fields, direction, frequency, and format.

  3. 3

    Pilot validation

Integrations run against real data during the pilot, with success criteria agreed before we start.

  4. 4

    Sign-off

You get written confirmation of what's integrated, how, and what its limits are — before fleet-wide rollout.

Honest scope

What we won't claim

  • We don’t claim support for a specific ERP, protocol, or device until it’s validated for your deployment.
  • We don’t ship integrations without agreed success criteria.
  • If a system can’t be integrated cleanly, you’ll hear it during the assessment — not after the contract.
